Jean Marie Reynaud

Jean Marie Reynaud (JMR) was founded in 1967 in Barbezieux, France, by audio engineer Jean-Marie Reynaud. JMR dedicated itself to crafting artisanal, highly musical loudspeakers.

Between 1970 and 1995, JMR gained renown for transmission line and tuned-cavity floorstanding speakers. Landmark designs included the JMR Recital (1975), the Opus floorstander, and the JMR Offrande (1994), a reference standmount speaker featuring a transmission line cabinet and silk dome tweeter.
