At Vintage Note, we do not consider ourselves as an Antique stockist or a pawn shop…

Among our pick list, we do not select used units that lost their sound qualities, or have evidence of a hard life (broken buttons, big hits on the cabinets…).

Each piece we present is thoroughly cleaned and tested, the in/outs, selectors and commands are deoxydized when needed, and all bit that may have been touched by a finger is sanitized (sounds a good idea when it's 30 years of somebody else finger…).

Original Marantz "faux wood" metal case. Fits 1060, 1070 and probably 1040, 1050 etc. but not tested in real life for those models. You still may pop in with your amp and we try. Excellent condition. Shipping possible. Illustration is the fitted model, obviously this post is only for the cover.

 

Yamaha CDX930 to repair

High end CD player from Yamaha, one owner, original box. The only issue is the spindle puck. This part ensures the CD to be pressed on the drawer, and edges are broken, so the cd spins in a noisy way. The part itself is not complex but so far hard to find. If you manage 3D printing, or find a complete drawer from this series, this easy job will give you a fully functional high end cd player.
